Ingredients
180g pack in the altogether raw prawns, roughly shredded
4 skinless salmon fillets, shredded into tiny chunks
3 spring onions, roughly shredded
1 lemon, zested and juiced
small pack coriander
60g mayo or Greek food
4 tsp chile sauce (we used sriracha)
2 very little gem lettuces, shredded
1 cucumber, in the altogether into ribbons
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 seeded burger buns, toasted, to serve
Method
STEP 1
Briefly Blitz the prawns, the salmon, the spring onions, lemon zest, and coriander in a very food processor till it forms a rough paste. Tip it to a bowl, stir within the remainder of the prawns and salmon, season well, and form into four burgers. Chill for ten minutes.
STEP 2
Mix the dressing and chile sauce along in a very tiny bowl, Season and add some juice to style combine the lettuce with the cucumber, dress with a touch of the remaining juice, and one tsp vegetable oil the put aside.
STEP 3
Heat the remaining oil in a very massive cooking pan and fry the burgers for 3-4 minutes on either side till they need a pleasant crust and also the fish is grilled through. Serve with the dish on the facet or in cooked burger buns, if you wish with an honest small indefinite quantity of the spicy dressing.
