Pasta with salmon & peas
Ingredients 240g wholewheat fusilli knob of butter 1 massive shallot, finely sliced 140g frozen peas 2 skinless salmon fillets, delve chunks 140g low-fat creme fraiche ½ low-salt vegetable broth small bunch of chives snipped
Method
STEP 1
Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the fusilli in step with the pack instruction.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, heat a knob of butter during a cooking pan, then add the shallot and cook for five minutes or till softened.
STEP 3
Add the peas, salmon, creme fraiche, and 50ml water. Crumble within the broth.
STEP 4
Cook for 3-4mins till grilled through, stir within the chives and a few black peppers. Then stir through to coat the food. Serve in bowls.
