Cheesesteak hot dogs


Ingredients
1 massive rib-eye cut of meat (approx 300g)
3 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed however whole
2 inexperienced peppers, sliced
4 hot dog buns
60g preserved cheddar cheese, sliced, yellow mustard (we used French’s), to serve
2 tbsp crisp onions




Method STEP 1 Season the cut of meat well, then fry it with the garlic in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on either side for medium-rare. place the cut of meat on a board to rest and discard the garlic. STEP 2 Add the peppers and a pinch of salt to the pan with additional oil if required and cook for 3-4 minutes. STEP 3 Heat grill to high. Thinly slice the cut of meat. Fill every roll with 1 / 4 of the cut of meat, peppers, and cheese slices. Grill for 2-3 minutes, drizzle with mustard and prime with onions.
