20-minute seafood pasta
Ingredients 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 1 ail, chopped 1 tsp paprika 400g will shredded tomatoes 1l chicken broth (from a cube is fine) 300g alimentary paste, roughly broken 240g frozen food combine, defrosted a handful of parsley leaves, chopped, and lemon wedges, to serve
Method
STEP 1
Heat the oil in a cooking pan or massive frypan, then cook the onion and garlic over medium heat for five minutes till soft. Add the paprika, tomatoes, and stock, then bring round the boil.
STEP 2
Turn down the warmth to a simmer, stir within the alimentary paste and cook for seven minutes, stirring often to prevent the alimentary paste from projecting. Stir within the food, cook for three minutes a lot of till it’s all heated through and also the alimentary paste is boiled, then season to style. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
