Homemade hot chocolate

Ingredients 250ml milk of your selection 1 tbsp cocoa 1-2 tbsp soft brown sugar 25g dark or plain chocolate, finely shredded, and a grating to serve 1 tbsp topping or squirty cream

Method
STEP 1 Heat the milk, cocoa, sugar, and chocolate in an exceedingly tiny pan over medium heat till steaming and therefore the chocolate has unfrozen. Whisk to dissolve the cocoa. STEP 2 Pour into a mug, then add the cream to float on prime. Grate over a bit of a lot of chocolate to serve.
