Easy sweet & sour chicken


Ingredients 9 tbsp condiment 3 tbsp malt vinegar 4 tbsp dark muscovado sugar 2 garlic cloves crushed 4 skinless and boneless malformation, turn over chunks 1 small onion, roughly sliced 2 red peppers, seeded, and turn over chunks 227g can pineapple things in juice, drained 100g sugar snap peas, roughly sliced handful preserved, hard-boiled cashew dotty, optional


Method STEP 1 In a giant microwaveable dish, combine the catsup, vinegar, sugar, and garlic totally with the chicken, onion, and peppers.
