Cinnamon ice cream


Ingredients 225ml milk 1 cinnamon stick 3 egg yolks 100g castor sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon, freshly ground if potential 450ml whipping or cream cheese

Method STEP 1 Put the milk in a pan with the cinnamon stick and produce to a boil. In a bowl, whisk along the yolks, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Discard the cinnamon stick, then strain the recent milk over the yolks, whisking unendingly. STEP 2 Pour the dish combine back to a pan and cook on a low-ish heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring perpetually till thickened. Whisk the dish into the cream, then cool, chill associate degreed freeze in an ice-cream maker.
